About Me

I’m a 22 year old User Experience designer from Raleigh, North Carolina. I’m passionate about making digital technology joyful to use and better on the brain. I want to help people see the world in new ways through building more methods of storing and communicating information.

I am a recent graduate from NC State University with a self-designed Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, a concentration in UX Design and Human Computer Interaction and minors in Computer Programming and Cognitive Science. I’ve taken the equivalent of a minor in Psychology in courses as well.

I recently finished my time as an Undergraduate Researcher at the NCSU Cognitive Behavioral Lab aiding research in biophilia, plant purchasing habits, and horticulture supply chains. The role culminated in a capstone project and case study, and my work at the lab helped me develop skills like user research, factor analysis, web-scraping, biometric tracking, and prototyping.

In the past, I have worked as Promotions Director (and DJ) for WKNC 88.1 FM and Data Architect for NCSU Interdisciplinary Studies’ faculty sponsor database.

I have made music since I was 7, am a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and have a collie named Teddy.
